Marriott launches “one-stop-shop” for MICE planners in APAC

Marriott International has launched Marriott Events Asia, a dedicated meetings and events website for the APAC region, designed for MICE professionals.The new website offers a comprehensive resource hub, developed with the end-user in mind.

It features a mix of content to assist MICE professionals through the event management journey — from planning to execution. Described by Marriott International as a “one-stop shop” for meeting planners, the Marriott Events Asia website provides the latest industry trends and event tips, Marriott’s key MICE destinations and openings around the world, and examples of innovative meetings and events to help inspire planners.

Ramesh Daryanani, vice president, global sales, Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China) for Marriott International, said: “Our team listens and understands the challenges MICE professionals face. As trusted advisors, we are here to support them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their business; hence the launch of Marriott Events Asia.”

Marriott Events Asia also offers trending articles and expert advice on the use of event and meeting technology, creative food and beverage, and the latest group and catering offers.

“The launch of the website is only the beginning of our strategic customer engagement plan. We are committed to improving the site’s capabilities based on customer feedback,” Daryanani concluded.
