Meliá Hotels International has decided to implement Duetto’s cloud-based solutions as part of its digital strategy.
The Spanish group has adopted several solutions to boost its revenue management and distribution capabilities, including Duetto’s price optimisation application, GameChanger, and revenue intelligence application, ScoreBoard.
“Meliá’s revenue strategy includes next-generation pricing and distribution tactics, the digitisation of its loyalty programme and a movement toward personalising the guest experience from booking to post-stay,” said Thomas Adler, Melia’s vice president of global revenue strategy. “We look forward to developing even more new strategies and solutions in the future.”
