Regent Seven Seas Cruises has announced a series of new bar and beverage experiences aboard its upcoming ship, Seven Seas Prestige, set to debut in December 2026. The cruise line, renowned for its ultra-luxury offerings, is introducing unique venues such as Galileo’s Bar, which will feature Italian aperitivo and cocktails inspired by the night sky, and Azure, offering Mediterranean-inspired drinks.
Galileo’s Bar aims to capture the spirit of discovery with its Negroni Observatory, showcasing creative takes on Italy's classic aperitif. Signature cocktails include the Comet Negroni and the Dark Matter Espresso Martini. Wesley D'Silva, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, stated, “Each venue has been thoughtfully crafted to create its own sense of atmosphere and occasion.”
Azure will complement its Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine with herbal cocktails and citrus-led spritzes, reflecting the relaxed sophistication of the Mediterranean coast. Highlights include the Monastery Sour and Provence Bloom.
Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose will offer open-air serves, featuring refreshing wines and zero-proof creations. Signature drinks like the Pearl of the Riviera and Dark ‘n Spicy are designed for leisurely enjoyment with ocean views.
In addition to these new concepts, Seven Seas Prestige will boast a variety of bars and lounges, including the Prestige Lounge and Observation Lounge. The ship will also introduce an exclusive Seven Seas Prestige cocktail, combining Patrón Silver Tequila with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.
Seven Seas Prestige's inaugural season will feature voyages across the Caribbean and Europe, beginning with a maiden sailing from Miami on 28 December 2026.
