Sands Lifestyle is launching the "Celebrity Chefs’ Table" series at The Parisian Macao as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations this August. This culinary event will showcase seven renowned chefs, each offering a six-course tasting menu featuring signature and exclusive dishes. The event takes place at Le Cristal Parisian, a glass pavilion offering views of the Eiffel Tower and anniversary drone shows.

The series begins with Franco Fong from Macao's Twelve25, presenting a seafood-focused menu. Highlights include Abalone & foie gras, combining slow-cooked abalone with aubergine and foie gras. Greg Tao of Hangzhou’s L'éclat 19 will offer a Lobster “egg tart”, a twist on Macao’s Portuguese egg tart, paired with lobster consommé. Hwang Byeonghyen from Hong Kong’s L’Envol will present his French cuisine, featuring Brittany razor clams and caviar. Rain Qu, a "Chef of China" champion, will showcase fusion dishes including Aged beef short rib with Sichuan peppercorn mousse.

The event continues with Hong Kong chefs Eddy Leung and Ronald Shao in September, offering dishes like Lamb noisette and Signature baked pork chop rice.

The series concludes with a Michelin-starred French chef.

Priced at $298 (MOP2,388) per person, with an optional Champagne pairing for $73 (MOP588), the event promises a unique dining experience. Limited spaces are available, and reservations can be made through The Parisian Macao's website.
