Club Med to launch Zico 10 Camp in Asia

Club Med announced that it is bringing the highly anticipated Zico 10 Camp football activity to Asia in the summer of 2025. Zico 10 Camp is an exclusive collaboration between Club Med and legendary footballer Arthur Antunes Coimbra, known to the world as Zico. The camp will be held at Club Med Kiroro Grand in Hokkaido, Japan. Club Med CEO for the East, South Asia, and Pacific markets Rachel Harding said of the upcoming camp: “This is a natural partnership addition to our existing sports activities and family-friendly offerings, providing our youngest guests with unforgettable experiences and the chance to learn from one of football’s greatest.” Zico himself added: "I'm looking forward to sharing my passion for football with the next generation of players in Asia, and Club Med Kiroro Grand offers the perfect setting amidst the backdrop of Hokkaido mountains for this unique experience." Club Med and TRIFECTA bring the alpine experience to Singaporeans

Club Med announced a strategic partnership with boardsports and lifestyle hub TRIFECTA to bring the mountains to Singaporeans. This partnership includes the Club Med Snow Academy powered by TRIFECTA later this year, along with a skiing competition and party. This partnership stems from the overwhelming response to Club Med’s inaugural Snow Report in 2023, where nine out of ten families expressed willingness to try indoor ski lessons.  The partners officially launched the snow academy on Tuesday, 1st October, and TRIFECTA instructors are now giving skiing lessons so that participants can confidently head to the slopes. Olivier Monceau, general manager for Club Med Singapore and Malaysia, said: "We are thrilled to partner with TRIFECTA to offer a unique training experience in advance of their vacation at Club Med’s snow resorts. This collaboration not only enhances our guests' enjoyment but also positions Club Med as the most desirable snow holiday brand." Redefining holiday fun The Club Med Snow Academy redefines how snow sports enthusiasts and beginners alike prepare for their holidays directly from Singapore.  After signing up, attendees will train at TRIFECTA where instructors will assess their progress and match their skills to Club Med ski and snowboarding levels. Upon completion, attendees will receive a certificate endorsed by both Club Med and TRIFECTA, validating their new skills unlocked.  Riders can then maximise their time on the powder snow slopes, whether at Club Med resorts in Hokkaido, The French Alps, Canada and across the globe or elsewhere.  The enrollment in the Club Med Snow Academy by TRIFECTA is open to everyone. Club Med teams up with Mandai X to teach kids about sustainability

Club Med teamed up with Mandai X, the growth and impact venture-building arm of Singapore’s Mandai Wildlife Group, to bring the Ranger Buddies programme to Club Med Bintan to nurture  the next generation of conservation heroes. The interactive play-based learning programme will be offered at the resort from 16 November to 5 January 2025 and will feature engaging missions and activities that blend augmented reality (AR) with real-life exploration. Through these Ranger Buddies Missions, families with children can join Coco the Tortoise as she goes to save the threatened habitats of her ocean-dwelling cousins. In turn, these adventures serve as an eye-opener for children to the growing need to care for our natural environment. Participants can also join Club Med’s Amazing Family programme, which offers curated family activities designed to strengthen bonds while learning about sustainability. Mini Club Med+, animated by Mini Club Med GOs, adds another layer of excitement with workshops and activities that bring the magic of conservation to life. Club Med unveils updated Travel Agent Portal for Indirect Sales (CMTA)

The portal is a useful resource for travel agents seeking commercial information and booking details, and now provides an enhanced experience through its new design and user-friendly interface. The new premium design is part of Club Med’s upscale move to improve the overall view of travel agent’s businesses, by creating a faster and more stable platform that promises more than a 50% increase in application performance. New features of the travel agent portal include a simplified booking process, with quick price estimations and a smoother way of making proposals, as well as a new navigation section for the booking engine. This renewed booking engine now features additional functionalities such as cross comparison of multiple proposals, including comparing resorts and room categories. The platform also has the benefit of being mobile-friendly for easy booking access on the move. “Our travel agent partners are key to our success at Club Med” says Nicolas Bresch, Club Med Managing Director UK, Ireland and Nordics. “We value their support in driving growth for our resorts and destinations around the globe. Club Med Mountain Resorts poised for record-breaking winter season

Club Med, the pioneer of premium all-inclusive holiday experiences and a global leader in snow vacations, reports record activity and business volume for its Mountain Resorts. In the first half of 2023, Club Med’s mountain business volume globally increased by 45% year-over-year, with a 30% growth in customers and 10% increase in average daily rates (ADR) year-over-year. This growth is attributed to Club Med's recent investments in upgrading its resorts, opening new resorts in Hokkaido, Japan and the French Alps and its focus on internationalizing its customer base. A zoom on total snow holiday bookings for the upcoming winter season reflects a particularly strong 98% growth across East and South Asia, and Pacific markets and an ADR growth of 27% compared with pre-pandemic. With new capacity from the opening of Club Med Kiroro Peak, Club Med Kiroro Grand, Club Med Changbaishan, Club Med Tignes and Club Med Val d’Isère. The business volume of APAC markets has increased by 107% compared to winter 2019, and by 22% compared to winter 2019 excluding the new capacity. Club Med's success in Japan is a testament to the company's expertise in delivering exceptional snow mountain holidays. The fourth Club Med resort to open in Hokkaido this December, Club Med Kiroro Grand has achieved near full occupancy 12 weeks ahead of its opening, while the other three Hokkaido resorts continue to show similar levels as well, underscoring the trust guests have in Club Med to deliver outstanding snow holidays. A recent 2023 Asia Snow Report by Club Med, reveals that today’s travellers are seeking a complete, multi-faceted holiday experience, including comfortable accommodation, easy access to the slopes and winter sports expert instruction complemented with availability of ski equipment rental; to delicious cuisine, family-friendly activities, and festive après-ski entertainment. The study also provided valuable data and proof points that premium all-inclusive experiences perfectly align with travellers' needs and desires for a memorable winter vacation. Additionally, Japan tops the chart as the most popular snow holiday destination. The Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions (MICE) sector is also showing a strong rebound.
