Shearings Holidays has created its first Travel Agent Toolkit designed to help agents share holiday ideas with customers.
Timed to coincide with the January peak booking period and themed around the operator’s turn of year marketing campaign – This is Shearings, the toolkit includes downloadable brochures, banners for online use, posters and window displays plus access to visuals and video content.
Jane Atkins, managing director at Shearings Holidays said: “We wanted to give agents something tangible that they could use to promote our products as we know there is so much to choose from both in the UK, Europe and now across the world. We’ve tied it in with our January marketing campaign so everything follows through and we hope agents will find having some key marketing assets at their fingertips really useful.”

Downloadable mini-brochure ‘This is 2018’ – The brochure, which contains handpicked holidays from around the world, has been white-labelled for agent use. It can be downloaded as a PDF for customer communications or shared via an online link.
Digital banners for download – Six banners have been created to use online, as well as via Facebook and Twitter. In addition, a range of sample tweets and Facebook posts are available for agents to cut, amend and paste.
Poster and window displays – The tool kit includes a selection of posters and window displays which can be printed in A4 or A3.
Useful content – The operator has collated some photographs and videos for agents to share and use across all their channels.
The kit also details why agents should choose Shearings Holidays and has a section encouraging them to join the new closed user Facebook group, where all the newest products, exclusive competitions and much more are detailed.
