SleekFlow data reveals AI-native plans dominate SaaS market

SleekFlow, an AI-native commerce platform, reports a significant shift in software purchasing behaviour, with 76% of new customers in Q4 2025 choosing AI-native plans over traditional software. This trend emerges amidst the so-called "SaaSpocalypse," a market upheaval impacting legacy SaaS companies as businesses increasingly favour AI-driven solutions.

The Hong Kong-based platform, which serves over 2,000 businesses globally, launched its AgentFlow service in July 2025. This service enables companies to deploy autonomous AI agents across messaging channels like WhatsApp and Instagram. The platform's AI agents manage the entire customer journey, from enquiries to payment processing, without human intervention. Henson Tsai, SleekFlow's founder and CEO, noted, "Businesses are no longer buying software to make their teams more efficient. They’re buying AI agents that function as a digital workforce."

SleekFlow's data shows a 64% quarter-on-quarter growth in new customer acquisition and a 25% increase in revenue. The company is expanding its AI capabilities to include data analysis, customer retention, and pricing optimisation, led by a former CTO of LinkedIn China. Kenneth She, Chief Transformation Officer at HKBN, a Hong Kong telecommunications company, stated that deploying AgentFlow has transformed the company's growth trajectory.

With plans to double its revenue by the end of 2026, SleekFlow is positioning itself as a leader in the AI-native commerce space, suggesting that the future belongs to those who embrace AI-driven transformation
