Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) has launched an evolved loyalty programme – INVITED.
The free-to-join programme replaces The Club of SLH and offers all members access to exclusive rates, benefits and Small Luxuries from their first stay at any of the 500 hotels worldwide.
Travel agents should make sure that their clients have signed up to the new programme and bookings are made via rate codes to take advantage of benefits.
These include a 10% discount off Best Available Rate, complimentary wifi and breakfast at all the hotels.
As guests move up through the three tiers – Invited, Inspired and Indulged – additional benefits include early check in, late check out, upgrades and complimentary nights.
Members can be advised to view their INVITED status on a new loyalty hub which outlines current benefits and what they need to do to progress to the next tier. Entry to the top tier is now based on six or more stays, or a spend of US $6,000 of more per year.
All stays booked by travel agents for INVITED members via SLH channels are commissionable, including the INVITED member rate.
Features of INVITED include rewards for recommending a friend, birthday gifts and the programme’s signature benefit, Small Luxuries. SLH members of any tier, chosen based on their engagement with the brand, will be surprised with bespoke experiences either during their stay or when they return. These could be anything from a bottle of a guest’s favourite wine to a trip on a yacht.
Travel Agents booking with SLH can receive commissions ranging from 10% to 20%. They should insert their Small Luxury Heroes LX ID number when making a booking.
