Trafalgar launches agent e-learning programme

Trafalgar is aiming to enhance its trade ties with the launch of a new e-learning programme for travel agents.
The new Trafalgar Academy provides the tour operator’s industry partners with online guidance on how to sell, with the aim of improving their knowledge of the company’s products and services.
“We are excited to introduce our latest industry initiative, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to providing our valued partners with all the tools they need for sales success,” said Trafalgar’s president for Asia, Nicholas Lim. “For those choosing to become Trafalgar experts, they can look forward to seeing conversion, commission and retention rates rise.”
The initial launch phase of the Trafalgar Academy will be followed in the coming months by other modules, including ones titled ‘Converting Opportunities into Success’ and ‘It’s Lifestyle Not Features That Matter’.
Upon the successful completion of each module, agents will be able to download their own certificates of accreditation.
