Vestige Collection expands with Namibia lodge opening

Vestige Collection is set to open its first property outside Spain with the launch of Vestige Xaudum in Khaudum National Park, Namibia, on 15 March 2027. This marks the beginning of the Vestige Namibia circuit, featuring four unique lodges in the region. Reservations for the six-suite lodge are now open.

Nestled on a Kalahari sand dune, Vestige Xaudum offers an exclusive experience as the only lodge in Khaudum National Park, a remote area visited by fewer than 3,000 people annually. The park is part of the Kavango–Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area, home to migratory elephants, endangered African wild dogs, and over 300 bird species.

Designed by Vestige Estudio, the lodge features bold architecture using local materials. The suites provide privacy and luxury, with the two-bedroom suite boasting four decks and a plunge pool. Guests can enjoy a spa, fitness deck, and a 78m² pool. The culinary experience focuses on Namibian produce, with dishes cooked over a spit-braai.

The lodge offers flexible safari experiences, allowing guests to follow wildlife movements and explore the landscape. Activities include game drives, bush breakfasts, and stargazing. Sébastien Styger, Vestige's Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, highlights the park's "extraordinary space and true wilderness."

Vestige Xaudum is committed to conservation and community, employing locals and supporting wildlife monitoring. The lodge operates sustainably with solar energy and managed water use.
