Virgin Atlantic has introduced its Spring/Summer 2026 menu, available from 6 May across its global network. The menu, which highlights modern British flavours and regional twists, includes dishes like buttermilk chicken burgers and sticky toffee pudding in Upper Class, and truffle macaroni cheese in Premium. Economy passengers can enjoy favourites like mid-flight pizza and a refreshed Mile High Tea.

The menu also celebrates the airline's new Seoul route with Korean-inspired offerings such as jjim-spiced seabass and chicken bulgogi, alongside cocktails like the Seoul Highball and Soju Mojito. "Our new menu is as bold and vibrant as the destinations we fly to," said Virgin Atlantic.

Upper Class passengers can indulge in dishes like truffle and garlic-stuffed chicken and pea tortellini, whilst vegan options include crispy tofu with XO sauce. Premium customers are treated to British classics like dill-roasted salmon, and Economy offers chicken with lemon and herb crème fraiche.

The drinks selection features English wines from West Sussex and the return of Burnt Faith British Brandy. The "Mindful Sips" range expands with new alcohol-free options, and the Twinings range introduces the viral "Glow" tea.

The London Heathrow Clubhouse also offers a seasonal à la carte menu, including chicken makhani and strawberry pavlova. Virgin Atlantic continues to enhance its offerings, ensuring a memorable experience for all passengers
