Vung pow! Vienna House arrives in SE Asia

European luxury expert Vienna House, has announced its arrival in Southeast Asia with news that Vienna House Vung Tau is set to open in Vietnam in 2021.

Owned by Vietnamese property developer Phuc Dat, and managed by Vienna House, the new-build — located by the beach in the thriving town of Log Hai in southeast Vietnam’s Vung Tau province — will feature 775 rooms, suites, penthouses and villas.

The hotel will also boast high quality facilities including floodlit tennis courts, fully-equipped gym and a sports bar catering for thirsty athletes and non athletes alike. Not to mention an extensive pool complex that comes with its own  Japanese-style onsen for spa fans.

Discussing the strategic importance of the hotel to Vienna House’s longterm plans in Asia company CEO, Rupert Simoner, said:  “Vietnam’s tourism has been gaining in importance in recent years. We are proud to be taking the first step into the Asian market. Vienna House Vung Tau is a milestone within our Asia expansion strategy.

Simoner then added: “Further projects in Thailand and Indonesia will be announced soon.”

On top of stylish accommodations and impressive leisure facilities Vienna House promise that the hotel will also offer some of the province’s best cuisine — with a restaurant serving regional delicacies, a fresh seafood market plus a café and tea room all found on-site.

For the all-important events market, Vienna House will incorporate a 530 sqm ballroom for grand celebrations and conferences, alongside a selection of versatile and adaptable meeting rooms.

Just 60 miles away from Ho Chi Minh City, Long Hai is easily reached by road in about an hour from Vietnam’s largest city. Keeping the property close to the action of the big city, while still retaining its own sense of character.

Long Hai itself has an eclectic mix of landmarks and activities to keep delegates minds and bodies stimulated and motivated during an event, including mountain treks, cave exploration and water sports, such as diving and water-skiing.
