Westin Hotels & Resorts has planted a second flag in Bali with its debut of the Westin Resort & Spa Ubud. The 120-room property features a mix of traditional rooms, suites and villas, including two private pool villas designed to accommodate larger groups or families.
Among the resort’s dining options are Tabla, an all-day venue serving international and local cuisine and healthy fare from Westin’s Eat Well menu, and Tall Trees, which showcases forest views and traditional recipes cooked in a wood-burning oven. At the Lobby Bar, a menu of light bites and cocktails are also on offer.
Other amenities include a Heavenly Spa by Westin, which houses five treatment rooms, four outdoor spa pavilions, a spa tub and steam room, and a Westin Workout fitness centre.
Guests can take advantage of the property’s Gear Lending programme, which allows travellers to borrow a pair of New Balance shoes and athletic wear during their stay, as well as a Run Concierge service, which provides guided group runs.
