Fairmont Mayakoba, a renowned resort in the Riviera Maya, has launched "The Collection," a new wine label in collaboration with Bruma and acclaimed winemaker Lulú Martínez. This initiative marks the resort's 20th anniversary, blending Mexico's rich winemaking heritage with the resort's hospitality excellence.

The Collection features three distinct wines, each reflecting the cultural diversity of Fairmont Mayakoba's guests from the US, Canada, and Mexico. The Blanco, a 100% Sauvignon Blanc, offers a fresh taste embodying the essence of Valle de Guadalupe's soils. The Tinto, a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Nebbiolo, combines the intensity of southern France with Italian Nebbiolo. The Reserva, a 100% Cabernet Franc aged in French oak barrels, stands as the collection's crown jewel.

Each bottle design incorporates elements of Fairmont Mayakoba and the Riviera Maya, such as ocean waves, jaguars, and mangroves, symbolising the resort's connection to its natural surroundings. General Manager Gonzalo Güelman Ros expressed pride in the collaboration, stating, "The Collection is not just a product—it is an expression of our identity, our guests, and the richness that Mexico has to offer the world."

The wines will be available exclusively at the resort's dining venues. Throughout 2026, Fairmont Mayakoba will host events to celebrate its two decades of luxury hospitality. Further details will be announced in the coming months
