Simon Hulstone, chef-proprietor of The Elephant in Torquay, will follow from 16 to 21 November, offering a wine-paired dinner in the resort's Wine Cellar and a beachfront dining experience. The series will conclude with Gabriela Filca, who will conduct an interactive culinary masterclass and present a tasting menu at Ithaa.
The programme will utilise Conrad Maldives Rangali Island's unique dining settings, including the world’s first undersea restaurant, Ithaa, and the resort’s extensive Wine Cellar.
