The series will kick off with Theodor Falser, known for his work at the Michelin-starred Johannesstube in South Tyrol. His residency will include a sunset soirée, a seven-course dinner at the Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, and a beachfront dinner featuring Maldivian lobster. Simon Hulstone, chef-proprietor of The Elephant in Torquay, will follow from 16 to 21 November, offering a wine-paired dinner in the resort's Wine Cellar and a beachfront dining experience. The series will conclude with Gabriela Filca, who will conduct an interactive culinary masterclass and present a tasting menu at Ithaa.

The programme will utilise Conrad Maldives Rangali Island's unique dining settings, including the world’s first undersea restaurant, Ithaa, and the resort’s extensive Wine Cellar. Ranjit Batra, CEO of Ventive Hospitality Ltd, commented on the importance of food and beverage in luxury hospitality, noting that culinary programming enhances guest experiences and contributes significantly to the resort's revenue.
