TFE Hotels has announced the opening of two new dining venues at its Adina Hotels in Sydney, as part of a significant investment to elevate the brand. Shoreline Kitchen has opened at Adina Sydney Darling Harbour, whilst Bar Benevento has launched at Adina Sydney Town Hall, both aiming to offer guests locally connected experiences.
The openings are part of TFE Hotels' over $100 million investment in repositioning the Adina Hotels brand, which includes enhancing accommodation, public spaces, and food and beverage offerings. Shoreline Kitchen, led by Executive Chef Evan Prayogo, provides a relaxed all-day dining experience with a menu inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, featuring seasonal Australian produce. The venue also supports room service and event catering at the hotel.
Bar Benevento, located at Adina Sydney Town Hall, is a southern Italian coffee and pasta bar. It is a collaboration between the Izzillo brothers and café operator Kosta Papanikitas. The menu, overseen by Head Chef Tim Fisher, includes Italian-inspired dishes and a drinks menu featuring Campania’s Strega liqueur.
Chris Sedgwick, TFE Hotels’ Group Chief Operating Officer, highlighted the importance of food and beverage in Adina's evolution, stating, “We’re creating more contemporary, experience-led spaces where great accommodation and great dining go hand in hand.”
These developments reflect Adina's commitment to offering guests enhanced experiences, combining flat-style living with vibrant dining options. Adina Hotels operates over 40 properties across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Europe, and the UK.
