Accor and Hainan Airlines have announced a new partnership for members of their respective loyalty programmes, Le Club AccorHotels (LCAH) and Fortune Wings Club, with a range of benefits to make their travel experiences richer and more rewarding.
This new partnership enables LCAH’s members to earn rewards points when flying with Hainan Airlines by converting 7,000 Fortune Wings Club points into 1,000 LCAH rewards points. At the same time, it will enhance the experience of Le Club AccorHotels members as they will have the opportunity to redeem their rewards points into Fortune Wings Club miles to benefit from awards tickets and upgrades with Hainan Airlines.
“Augmented hospitality strategy.”
Every 2,000 LCAH points equals to 1,000 Fortune Wing Club points. Conversions are easy and fully digital with an efficient points management system. This is an exciting partnership for frequent travellers who are members of both programmes because it allows them to purchase stays and discounts for their next trip at more than 3,500 hotels ranging from luxury to economy in joint destinations. These assets will be available through the new Accor rebranded loyalty programme ALL – Accor Live Limitless to be launched in the fourth quarter of this year.
Jason Liu, vice president of marketing at Hainan Airlines said: “This unique partnership will provide a rewarding travel experience to our members by offering them even more options to earn and redeem their points at some of the best hotels and resorts in China and around the world. We aim to forge connections through our global network, and we are committed as to strengthening ties between the east and west.”
Mehdi Hemici, senior vice president of business development and partnerships at Accor commented: “The radical transformation of Accor’s lifestyle loyalty programme, embodied by the future brand ALL – Accor Live Limitless, will bring to life our ‘augmented hospitality’ strategy by providing a range of benefits and rewards to enhance the way our members work, live and play.”
