Bob W, a tech- and AI-powered hospitality operator, has announced the signing of long-term lease agreements for two new serviced flat properties in Valencia. This marks the company's first venture into the city and represents a significant step in its ongoing expansion across Spain.
The two developments, Bob W Valencia Patraix and Bob W Valencia Turia, will introduce Bob W's unique blend of local design, technology-enabled service, and home-style comfort to two distinct neighbourhoods in Valencia. Bob W Valencia Patraix, located at Gaspar Aguilar 106, is set to open in August 2026. The 2,916 sqm building will feature 62 studios, a communal space with coworking facilities, and a rooftop terrace. It aims to serve both leisure travellers and those visiting nearby hospitals, with convenient access to local transport and amenities.

Bob W Valencia Turia, situated at Pepita 21 in La Saïdia, is scheduled to open in Q2 2027. Designed by Valencia-based Nihil Estudio, the 900 sqm property will offer 20 one-bedroom flats and a rooftop terrace, providing easy access to Valencia's cultural attractions.
Niko Karstikko, co-founder and CEO at Bob W, highlighted Valencia's appeal, stating, "Valencia continues to attract growing numbers of international visitors, digital nomads, and business travellers looking for a more flexible and authentic hospitality experience."

The expansion underscores Bob W's commitment to high-quality urban markets in Southern Europe. Badis Boudjakdji, Director of Iberian Expansion at Bob W, noted the importance of building long-term relationships with local developers, emphasising that these agreements are just the beginning of their broader Iberian expansion
