The European Union (EU) is set to take centre stage at the FHA-Food & Hospitality Asia 2026, being held from 21 to 24 April at the Singapore Expo. As the Region of Honour, the EU will present dedicated pavilions showcasing the finest in European gastronomy, featuring products from all 27 EU Member States.

The EU Pavilion, located in Hall 5 Booth 5G401 for food and beverages and Hall 10 Booth 10E501 for ProWine Asia, will offer visitors an immersive experience into Europe's rich culinary heritage. The opening ceremony on 21 April at 12:00 will feature a live cooking show by the Pavilion's Star Chef. The event will be inaugurated by Ambassador Bertulis and Diego Canga, acting Deputy Director-General at the Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development of the European Commission.

Visitors can enjoy tastings of distinctive European products and participate in interactive experiences. Renowned chefs will conduct live cooking shows, blending European ingredients with local flavours. Additionally, expert-led educational sessions will cover key categories such as dairy, olive oil, and confectionery, providing insights into EU standards and market opportunities in Singapore
