This new property, located 2.4 kilometres from Wuzhen's scenic zones, offers 117 serviced flats designed for both short and extended stays, featuring modern amenities such as fully equipped kitchenettes and washer dryers.
The residence is part of Frasers Hospitality's strategy to expand its serviced living portfolio across Asia, with plans to open 18 new properties by 2028. The Wuzhen location offers guests a blend of modern comfort and traditional Jiangnan aesthetics, with facilities including a 24-hour gym, a Residents' Lounge, and a dedicated Kids' Playzone. The on-site restaurant serves contemporary Jiangnan cuisine, highlighting local flavours with seasonal ingredients.
Chief Operating Officer Chew Hang Song stated, “Fraser Residence Wuzhen broadens the role our brands can play across China’s evolving hospitality landscape.” He noted the growing demand for travel destinations that combine leisure, culture, and longer-stay potential.
To celebrate the opening, guests can enjoy a 30% discount on the Best Flexible Rate for stays of two consecutive nights or more until 15 September 2026. This initiative underscores Frasers Hospitality's commitment to providing flexible and comfortable living experiences in culturally rich locations
