As a member of the operations team, the Airport Representative is the first person that our customer sees and plays an instrumental role in creating a positive customer experiences.
The airport representative must ensure that guests are met on arrival at the airport in a warm, sincere, and upbeat manner, ensure smooth transition to Drivers, handle operational issues and continually provide feedback on risks and possible improvements to our operations team.
| · Create memorable first impression with our Meet and Greet customers at airport
· Ensure Welcome Package is provided to customers · Effectively cooperate with Drivers and Ops team to ensure smooth airport operations and overall service improvements · Consistently implement the company One-Best-Ways (OBWs) processes/procedures/systems for Meet and Greet service · Continually feedback to Team Leader on challenges at airport and possible improvements · Work with Ops Team Leader to implement appropriate Technology applications into daily works to improve and optimize the speed of internal/external communications, problem solving and overall team performance |
| · Ensure amazing Meet and Greet experience at airports through punctuality, personalized service and professional appearance in Buffalo-branded materials
· Work with Ops teams to resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measures |
| · Meet and exceed KPIs set by Buffalo Tours
· Share your knowledge and experiences with the Buffalo team · Share your opinions as the Buffalo Tour’s eyes and ears on the ground. · Join company trainings, and ask your Ops team for learning and development opportunities |
