TRAVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
UP TO £28K PLUS ANNUAL BONUS

THE JOB
A luxury holiday company in South West London are looking for a Customer Service Executive to add to its growing team. You will be responding to customer queries and feedback received by telephone and email during their pre and post departure experience, as well as providing support to overseas teams during travel to remedy any guest issues, ensuring outstanding customer service is maintained at all times and resolving any complaints.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
-An enthusiastic, flexible and committed approach
-Proven experience in an office-based travel customer service role
-A background working in the travel industry is essential
-A genuine desire to provide exceptional service, experience of successfully
resolving customer complaints in an empathetic and understanding manner
– A high standard of written and spoken English
– Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
– A knowledge and understanding of the ABTA code of conduct would be desirable
– Ability to forge and maintain working relationships both internally, with clients
and travel suppliers
