Rann Utsav–The Tent City, a prominent cultural tourism event in India, is set to return from 1 November 2026 to 7 March 2027. Operated by Evoke Experiences in collaboration with Gujarat Tourism, the festival will take place in Dhordo, approximately three hours from Bhuj, and promises an immersive experience of Kutch’s landscape, hospitality, and traditions.

The upcoming season will feature tented accommodation, regional dining, and a variety of activities including adventure, wellness, and stargazing under the clear desert skies. Cultural highlights will include performances by the Siddi community, an Afro-Indian group, and traditional folk music and dance using instruments like the Jodiya Pava and Harmonium.

An on-site Haat will showcase regional artisans, offering Ajrakh textiles, Bandhani sarees, and traditional jewellery, positioning the Tent City as a hub for Kutch’s artistic heritage. Visitors can extend their itinerary to Dholavira, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, via the scenic Road to Heaven.

Evoke Experiences will introduce 35 seasonal tents near the Evoke Dholavira property, providing additional accommodation for those exploring the Harappan site and Khadir Bet. Dhordo will remain the festival's focal point, whilst Dholavira offers an archaeological extension.

Bookings for the season will open with the Rann Sale from 31 July to 2 August 2026, featuring a 25% discount. This event continues to be a significant draw for travellers seeking to experience the vibrant culture and history of Kutch
