Hong Kong Airlines to resume direct service between Hong Kong and Hanoi from 19 Dec 2025
The resumption of the Hanoi service not only enhances Hong Kong Airlines’ network coverage across Southeast Asia but also reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening connectivity along the “Belt and Road” region, facilitating trade, and promoting cultural and economic exchange. IndiGo to launch daily, direct service from Delhi to Hanoi from 20 Dec 2025

IndiGo will operate its Airbus A320 aircraft on this new route which will offer seamless connectivity from India’s capital to one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant cultural and commercial hubs. IndiGo currently operates 14 weekly flights connecting Kolkata to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam has emerged as a fast-growing destination for Indian travellers in the recent times, and IndiGo’s new connectivity between Delhi and Hanoi will further serve this rising demand, strengthening tourism and economic ties between the two countries. Vietjet launches direct flights from Hanoi to Chengdu
Vietjet has inaugurated its direct flights connecting Hanoi, Vietnam’s cultural and historical heart, to Chengdu, a major city in Southwest China. Operating four round-trip flights per week, the new service strengthens Vietjet’s presence in one of its key markets while further enhancing connectivity across Asia. This latest addition reinforces Vietjet’s growing presence at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport, which already connects passengers to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s economic powerhouse. With the Hanoi–Chengdu service, Vietjet now offers non-stop flights from both of Vietnam’s largest cities to the Chinese province of Sichuan.
