The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Traveloka have renewed their partnership to enhance Singapore's appeal as a travel destination for visitors from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia.
This marks the fourth agreement between the two organisations since 2019, with the latest expansion including Australia as a key market.
The Memorandum of Understanding, signed on 16 July 2026, aims to boost tourism through co-branded campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies. The collaboration will focus on four main areas: tactical campaigns on Traveloka's platform, destination storytelling, promoting travel linked to Singapore's events calendar, and sharing privacy-safe travel insights to refine marketing efforts.
Aligned with STB’s ‘We Don’t Wait For Fun’ campaign, the initiatives will target young professionals and families, encouraging them to choose Singapore for their next getaway. Melissa Ow, Chief Executive of STB, highlighted the significance of the partnership, stating, "Traveloka's reach, combined with its deep understanding of how travellers in this region discover and book, makes it a strategic partner in our efforts to grow high-yield visitation."
Albert, Co-founder of Traveloka, expressed enthusiasm for the continued collaboration, noting, "Singapore is one of the most-loved destinations among our travellers, and demand across our markets continues to grow."
Looking forward, the partnership will explore new promotional strategies and leverage emerging AI tools to enhance destination storytelling and content discovery, ensuring Singapore remains a top choice for travellers in the region
