Vietjet has launched a new route between Hanoi and Tainan and resumed direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Chiang Mai. Both services began on 26 October 2026. To mark the expansion, the airline is offering limited-time Eco fares starting at USD0, excluding taxes and fees.
Travellers can book the promotional fares through Vietjet’s website or mobile app until 23:00 on 1 November 2026 (GMT+7). The offer applies to travel from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.
Both the Hanoi–Tainan and Ho Chi Minh City–Chiang Mai routes will operate four round-trip flights per week. These services will expand travel options and support tourism, trade and cultural exchange across Asia.
The new routes also strengthen Vietjet’s growing international network, which includes destinations such as the Maldives, Cebu, Clark, Almaty and Prague.
With its cost-effective fares and flexible travel options, Vietjet continues to expand its network and connect travellers with destinations across Asia and Europe.
