Wyndham partners with HotelREZ to expand luxury portfolio

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has partnered with HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts to expand its Registry Collection Hotels brand. By early 2027, more than 40 luxury properties, including The TownHouse Mykonos in Greece and Galgorm Resort in Northern Ireland, will join the collection. The expansion will give Wyndham Rewards members more opportunities to earn and redeem points at distinctive luxury destinations worldwide.

The partnership will bring HotelREZ's Elegant Hotels of the World portfolio into the Registry Collection. The portfolio features independent, design-led luxury properties. Through the collaboration, HotelREZ hotel owners will also gain access to Wyndham's technology and global distribution network while retaining their individual brand identities.

Scott Strickland, Chief Commercial Officer of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the partnership would expand the choice of luxury hotels and resorts available to Wyndham Rewards members, particularly in sought-after destinations worldwide.

Meanwhile, the agreement introduces a flexible model for hotels affiliated with HotelREZ's Best Loved Hotels. Selected properties will gain access to Wyndham's technology solutions, including its AI-powered Wyndham Connect platform.

Mark Lewis, Group CEO of HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts, highlighted the commercial opportunities for member hotels. He also emphasised the partnership's role in building on the company's 20-year relationship with independent hoteliers.

The collaboration strengthens Wyndham's luxury portfolio while extending its cloud-based technology and distribution capabilities to independent hotel owners. Ultimately, both companies aim to improve guest experiences and help properties increase revenue.
