Sabre Corporation has announced a new agreement with the next generation corporate booking platform Travelin.Ai, which will gain access to the SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace including traditional airfares, NDC offers, low-cost carrier content and lodging options, as well as Sabre’s Lodging AI capabilities.
Travelin.Ai customers will benefit from AI-powered capabilities that drive hotel attachment, as well as the ability to book leisure and corporate travel in one booking flow. Sabre’s Lodging AI analyses property attributes, trip context and traveller preferences to present personalised lodging options, recommend relevant alternatives when a chosen hotel is sold out, and suggest accommodation when flights are booked without a hotel. The combination of Sabre and Travelin.Ai technologies will help travel management companies (TMCs) increase hotel attachment rates and capture additional leisure volume.
In an internal Sabre study, when travellers engaged with AI-suggested hotels, the likelihood of completing a booking increased by up to 14%, helping agencies capture incremental revenue, reducing leakage to consumer channels and giving companies stronger duty of care and more complete reporting.
“The ability for TMCs and their corporate customers to book business trips with leisure components opens access to a $1 trillion market,” said Richard Viner, Head of Sabre UK and Ireland. “In EMEA we see strong potential to raise hotel attach rates, and this agreement helps TMCs boost revenue and bookings while strengthening duty of care. All of this sits within a unified workflow that delivers a consumer-grade experience for travellers and agents. As the first corporate booking tool with Sabre Lodging AI, Travelin.Ai can ensure that when a preferred property is sold out the system recommends nearby alternatives, keeping bookings in channel and driving extra hotel revenue. That combination of broader content and higher conversion is what makes this a clear commercial win for TMCs.”
Travelin.Ai enables companies to book business and leisure in one unified workflow by integrating its own hotel automation with intelligent Lodging AI capabilities to drive hotel attach. Onboarding can be completed in minutes rather than weeks. The platform automatically separates business and leisure costs through its proprietary split-payment technology, ensuring compliance while allowing employees to extend trips or use travel as an incentive. In addition, Travelin.Ai is a full fledged online booking tool, offering the enterprise-grade features required for day-to-day corporate travel management including policy controls, approval flows and duty of care.
“Business travel should never force a choice between compliance and convenience,” said Roy Golden, CEO of Travelin.Ai. “Compliance is the baseline, and technology must make it seamless. By combining Sabre content with its Lodging AI solution we embed policy into the booking flow while keeping the traveller experience intuitive. Flights and hotels appear in real time according to company standards and individual preferences. With our split-payment engine blended trips are finally practical, and our full OBT and enterprise tools mean companies get the control they expect. It’s a win, win, win: Finance teams gain cleaner data and stronger duty of care.”
Travelin.Ai will launch these capabilities with travel management companies in the United Kingdom, the Nordics, the United States, Australia and Germany. Founded in Norway, the company has expanded its presence across Europe and North America and is building a customer base among TMCs and corporates looking for faster implementation, improved hotel conversion and integrated blended travel workflows.
