Renaissance Hotels unveils new beverage rituals in Asia Pacific The New Punch Collection (L-R): Blooming Flower, The Silk Road, The Night Market

Renaissance Hotels, part of Marriott Bonvoy's global portfolio, is set to launch a new chapter of its Evenings at Renaissance programme across Asia Pacific, excluding China. The initiative, debuting on Renaissance Day of Discovery 2026, features a collection of beverage rituals inspired by local ingredients and cultural traditions. Developed by award-winning Indonesian bartender Demitria Demi Dana Paramita, these rituals aim to transform familiar flavours into unique expressions of each destination's character.

The new collection will be showcased throughout October and November, inviting guests to explore destinations through Navigator-led discoveries and immersive experiences. Cristiano Rinaldi, Chief Lodging Product & Services Officer for Asia Pacific excluding China at Marriott International, stated, "The evolution of Evenings at Renaissance brings neighbourhood stories to life through the flavours and traditions that shape each destination."

Highlights of the collection include the Blooming Flower, an interactive floral punch, and The Night Market, a vibrant serve inspired by neighbourhoods after dark. The Silk Road, an aromatic blend of tea, saffron, and spice, celebrates the exchange of flavours across cultures. These rituals will continue beyond the Day of Discovery, offering guests ongoing opportunities to connect with local traditions.

Participating hotels, such as Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa and Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre, will host events featuring local artisans and cultural performances. These experiences aim to deepen guests' connection to the destinations, blending craft, culture, and culinary exploration.
