Accor has signed an agreement to develop Novotel Bhilwara Resort and Spa, expanding its hospitality portfolio in Rajasthan. Scheduled to open in 2026, the 144-room property will bring the Novotel brand to Bhilwara, known as the Textile City of India. The resort will feature an entirely vegetarian dining concept and facilities for weddings, social celebrations and business events.

Spread across more than seven acres in the Mewar region, the resort will offer an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and a lobby lounge. Facilities will also include a spa, fitness centre and swimming pool.

For events, the property will provide more than 2,000 square metres of indoor space for ballrooms, conferences and other functions. It will also feature approximately 6,000 square metres of outdoor lawns.

The resort will introduce Novotel's Longevity Everyday philosophy to the region. This approach centres on four pillars: Eat, Sleep, Move and Meet.

Bhilwara is a major textile and industrial hub in Rajasthan. It attracts business travellers and corporate visitors. Meanwhile, its road connections to Jaipur, Udaipur and Ajmer make it accessible to leisure travellers, families and wedding groups.

Through this development, Accor aims to tap into Bhilwara's growing business and leisure travel markets. The resort will strengthen the city's appeal as a destination for corporate events, weddings and holidays.
