Before joining The St. Regis Mumbai, Singh served as Chef de Cuisine at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. He also supported the pre-opening of Fairmont Mumbai, contributing to menu development and kitchen planning.
A graduate of MS Ramaiah College of Hotel Management in Bengaluru, Singh has extensive experience in Italian fine dining, speciality restaurants and banqueting.
His culinary creations have appeared in publications including Deccan Herald and The Hindu. He has also earned recognition for his innovative fusion desserts and appetisers.
In his new role, Singh will help enhance the hotel's dining experiences, develop menus and strengthen its culinary team.
